Bubblegum Cloud Fudge recipe — soft, creamy, and super whimsical!
🌈 Bubblegum Cloud Fudge
Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp butter (plus extra for greasing)

1 tsp bubblegum flavoring (or to taste)

Pink or pastel blue gel food coloring (optional)

Mini marshmallows or pastel sprinkles for topping (optional)
Instructions

Prep the pan

Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly butter the paper.

Melt base

In a heavy saucepan over low heat, stir together the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter until smooth and melted.

Flavor & color

Remove from heat. Stir in the bubblegum flavoring.

Divide the mixture into bowls if you want multiple colors, and tint each with a drop or two of food coloring.

Create the “cloud” look

Spoon the colored fudge back into the pan in dollops. Swirl gently with a skewer or knife for a marbled cloud effect.

Set & finish

Sprinkle mini marshmallows or pastel sprinkles on top (press lightly).

Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Cut & serve

Lift from the pan using parchment and slice into squares. Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
