Here’s a juicy and flavorful recipe for Air Fryer Pork Chops — golden and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!


🐖 Air Fryer Pork Chops

📝 Ingredients

  • 2–4 boneless or bone-in pork chops (¾ to 1 inch thick)

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp dried thyme or rosemary (optional)

  • Optional: pinch of brown sugar for a hint of sweetness


👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the pork chops:

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.

  • Rub each chop with olive oil on both sides.

2. Season:

  • In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and herbs.

  • Rub seasoning blend evenly over both sides of the pork chops.

3. Preheat the air fryer:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

4. Air fry:

  • Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer (do not stack).

  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

    • Internal temp should reach 145°F (63°C) for safe doneness.

5. Rest & serve:

  • Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.

  • Extra juicy? Brine the chops in salted water (1/4 cup salt in 4 cups water) for 30 minutes before cooking.

  • Crispy crust: Coat chops lightly in breadcrumbs or crushed pork rinds before air frying.

  • Spicy version: Add cayenne pepper or chipotle powder to your seasoning mix.

  • Glazed option: Brush with BBQ sauce or honey mustard during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
