Here’s a simple, crispy, and delicious recipe for Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes — a perfect side dish that’s fast, easy, and ultra-versatile!

📝 Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes (or Yukon gold/red), cut into 1-inch chunks

  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional for color/flavor)

  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or thyme (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley or parmesan (optional garnish)


👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the potatoes

  • Wash and dry potatoes thoroughly.

  • Cut into even-sized chunks for even cooking (about 1 inch).

2. Season

  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes with:

    • Olive oil

    • Garlic powder

    • Paprika

    • Herbs (if using)

    • Salt & pepper

3. Air fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  • Place potatoes in the basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

  • Cook for 16–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside, fork-tender inside.

  • Crispier potatoes: Don’t overcrowd the basket; air circulation is key.

  • Extra flavor: Add onion powder, Cajun seasoning, or a squeeze of lemon juice after air frying.

  • Loaded version: Top with shredded cheese, bacon bits, and sour cream.

  • Spicy: Toss with chili flakes or hot sauce before serving.
