Ingredients

  • 1 package Golden Oreos (about 36 cookies) – or Funfetti Oreos if you find them

  • 3 cups cold heavy cream

  • Β½ cup powdered sugar (adjust for sweetness)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Β½ cup rainbow sprinkles (plus extra for garnish)

  • Optional: 4 oz cream cheese (softened) for extra tang and structure


Instructions

  1. Prep the pan

    • Line an 8Γ—8 or 9Γ—9 dish with parchment or lightly grease.

  2. Make the filling

    • Whip the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.

    • If using cream cheese, beat it smooth first, then fold into the whipped cream for a richer texture.

    • Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles.

  3. Layer

    • Spread a thin layer of whipped filling on the bottom of the dish.

    • Add a single layer of Oreos (break some to fit).

    • Cover with more whipped cream. Repeat layers, finishing with cream on top.

  4. Chill

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is best). The cookies will soften into a cake-like texture.

  5. Finish & serve

    • Just before serving, sprinkle extra rainbow sprinkles or crushed Oreos over the top.

    • Slice and enjoy straight from the fridge.
