Sure! Here’s that same pancake recipe in English 🥞✨

 Ingredients (makes about 8–10 pancakes)

  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour

  • 2 Tbsp sugar

  • 1 Tbsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk

  • 1 egg

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter or oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

 Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients

    • In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Combine wet ingredients

    • In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.

  3. Make the batter

    • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and gently mix until just combined (a few lumps are fine).

  4. Cook

    • Lightly grease a non-stick pan or griddle and heat over medium.

    • Pour some batter, shape it into a round, and cook until bubbles appear on top.

    • Flip and cook the other side until golden.

  5. Serve

    • Enjoy warm pancakes with honey, maple syrup, fresh fruit, or butter.
